Lyme Disease or Borreliosis

According to the NHS website, “Lyme disease is a bacterial infection that can be spread to humans by infected ticks. It's usually easier to treat if it's diagnosed early. Many people with early symptoms of Lyme disease develop a circular red skin rash around a tick bite. The rash can appear up to 3 months after being bitten by a tick and usually lasts for several weeks. Most rashes appear within the first 4 weeks. Not everyone with Lyme disease gets the rash. Some people also have flu-like symptoms in the early stages, such as: a high temperature, or feeling hot and shivery, headaches, muscle and joint pain, tiredness and loss of energy. Some people with Lyme disease develop more severe symptoms months or years later … These more severe symptoms may include: pain and swelling in joints, nerve problems – such as pain or numbness, heart problems, trouble with memory or concentration ... Ticks that may cause Lyme disease are found all over the UK, but high-risk areas include grassy and wooded areas in southern England and the Scottish Highlands.

What our clients say:

"I have been pain-free for the first time in 4 years and together with Juliet we have a clear plan of action for my full healing now. My immune system is balanced and strong, I can feel a healthy resistance now as opposed to spending day's and weeks in bed just a few months ago. I have recommended Juliet to various friends and family and I will continue to do so."
